I tried to come up with a unique poster style for each regional release of the Yuki 7 movies, and the French posters were inspired by an exhibition I saw while I was in London about street posters from the Paris rebellion of 1968, as well as a bit of Saul Bass. A big thanks to Stephane Coedel for the translation!
The Yuki 7 book is coming along very well, and I've got a little less than one month til my deadline so it's back to work! |

man, i saw an original print of the saul bass poster for this billy wilder movie called 'one two three' the other day. It was like seeing tom cruise or something.
you're getting way too good at that lettering, by the way. |
